Note: The LICIA secretary was not present at this meeting and written minutes were not taken.. However, a transcription was made by Pete Sheridan and the following reflects the content of that transcription. When I get some free time, I’ll listen to the almost 90-minute transcription and present its contents here.

President Craig Canning opened the meeting stating that it would be devoted to the upcoming annexation issue. He then introduced Pete Sheridan who outlined the mechanics of the annexation procedure.

Pete went on to discuss what changes in services that could and could not be expected from the city of choice once we are annexed on 15 September 2002. He answered questions from the floor.
